Directions

Take a Nagano Shinkansen train from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station. From Nagano Station, it is convenient to take a limited express of Nagano Electric Railway to get to Shibu Onsen.

Things to Note & Policies

Try the 9 public baths with different sources and medical effects. You can walk from Shibu Onsen to Jigokudani Yaen-koen (Monkey Park) where you can see wild monkeys bathing in hot springs.
